The results are in: Only 10% of PMOs feel they have what they need to pivot when there’s a change

062116_PPM_business-agility-report_email-headerChangepoint recently conducted a survey. Our goal was to discover how easy it is for project management offices (PMO) to pivot when there’s a change. Turns out, despite technology advancements in the industry, many organizations are still relying on disconnected systems to manage projects. In fact, 75 percent are still relying on spreadsheets.

We also discovered that access to real-time project updates and communication features are hindering PMOs’ ability to react nimbly to change.
