We’re excited to let you know that our latest release, Changepoint 2012 is now available!
This release continues our vision, realized through our established solution roadmap, to make Changepoint the most powerful, yet most intuitive PSA solution on the market today. We’re particularly excited with this 2012 release, which includes a top to bottom redesign of our user interface. Built with the input of customers and leading third-party user experience consultants, this new UI is all about minimizing and streamlining clicks for the user, making it easier than ever before for you to access Changepoint’s powerful capabilities.
Another key feature in this release – again, directly based on feedback from our customers – is our new ability to express time in increments of hours, days or full time equivalents – which is an essential capability for customers with global operations, working in regions where flexibility in time records is critical to Changepoint adoption.
We’re grateful for the input of our customers – feedback that was absolutely instrumental in the creation of Changepoint 2012. Here’s what Graham Hayhurst, Head, Project One Application Center, Steria, one of our beta customers has to say about Changepoint 2012:
“We are extremely pleased with this release and its support for globalized services teams. We have undertaken an ambitious roll out of Changepoint to more than 9,000 users worldwide with a target of 12,000 users over the coming months, and the capabilities in this release – specifically the ability to express time in increments of hours, days or full time equivalents — allow us to overcome adoption barriers in certain countries and achieve our goal of single system support for our entire services organization. We were delighted to partner with the Changepoint team and offer input to this release. They listened attentively to our needs and delivered.”
